Dear participants,
Below you will find the measurement instructions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, you can ask them during the captains’ meetings.
The measurement instructions will also be included in the information brochure that you will receive at registration on 24th of September 2025.

Catch Registration
The organization uses WhatsApp for fish registration. The WhatsApp number will be given to you at registration.
Fish below the legal size limit do not count and should not be submitted. Legal limits are:
Pike: 45 cm
Perch: 22 cm
Zander: 42 cm
Photo requirements (two per fish):
One photo in landscape mode, with the fish’s head in your right hand and the angler clearly visible.
Correct:
Head of the fish in the right hand
Same side visible as on the measuring tape
Angler clearly visible
Entire fish clearly visible
Wrong:
Head of the fish in the wrong hand
Wrong side of the fish visible
Angler not (fully) visible
Fish not fully visible

Photo Rules
Send the 2 photos as one message to the provided number, so we know they belong together!
Take photo 1 and photo 2
Select both photos and send them together (in one message)
Example of a correctly sent message:
When photos are approved, you will receive a 👍 (thumbs up) or OK in reply.
Photos will be rejected if the day sticker or team number is not visible.
Photos can only be submitted during competition hours (8:30 – 15:30 ). Photos sent outside these times will not be accepted.
Photos must be taken in landscape (horizontal) mode.
Only fish measured on the official World Predator League measuring board will be accepted.
If the fish is not placed against the headboard, the photo will be rejected.
Photos showing unsportsmanlike behavior (e.g., dead fish, use of stinger hooks) may be rejected.
Undersized fish must be released immediately and cannot be registered.
Fish must be released immediately after measuring.
The organization validates the fish and determines the official length. This decision is final.
Participants are responsible for taking and submitting their own photos.
The organization is not responsible for any WhatsApp malfunctions.
If you already have a full card, only send in upgrades.
